Shipping policy

We dispatch our orders with Fargo Courier from Ukunda (Diani Beach) Monday to Saturday. All orders are dispatched after 4pm on Monday-Friday and 12 noon on Saturday. Waybill numbers are supplied in our order dispatch confirmation email for all orders shipped with Fargo Courier.

At checkout in the Shipping section if a customer selects the wrong shipping location and lists an address in a different location for delivery the order will not be dispatched until the the balance is paid. Our team will communicate with customers if this problem is detected within their order.

Shipping rates are listed in the Shipping section during checkout.

Orders that are dispatched and cannot be delivered due to no communication from the recipient (not responding to calls or messages) will be returned to us and the next shipping attempt will be charged to the customer.

If an order is placed after 4pm it will only be dispatched the following day at 4pm.
